11a. Chat Policies
321R will never use your private information, pictures, and any part of the information you provide. 321R will never use, resell, or reshare any pictures or the chat logs on the chat system you send. 321R does not store any public chat logs on its servers or pictures on its server for longer than 48 hours. After 48 hours, everything is deleted. Private chat logs (chat text) stay for 7 days, but the uploaded pics are removed within 48-60h. Pictures sent for verification are an exception; they will be removed from the cloud and securely stored on the owner's encrypted NAS in case we need to double-check. If you want these removed please e-mail [email protected] from the email address you registered with at chat and mention your username. Note; You will lose your verified rank, because we have no references anymore. Staff have access to reported posts. 321R will never use or share your IP address or ISP information unless required so by a law enforcement or government agency in an investigation into illegal acts.

11b. Post/Image Deletion Request
To maintain the safety and integrity of our platform, users no longer have the ability to delete their own uploaded content in private chats. This policy has been implemented to address potential misuse, such as the sharing of harmful or inappropriate content followed by its removal to evade detection or moderation. If you accidentally post content that needs to be removed, you may submit a request using the "Self Post Removal Request" option located under the gear button in private screen. These requests will be reviewed and handled by the moderation team. Please note that this feature is intended for genuine accidental posts. Repeated misuse or excessive requests may result in account penalties, including potential removal from the platform. This policy reflects our commitment to fostering a safe and responsible community by encouraging thoughtful and appropriate sharing of content.

12a. Upload at your own risk.
Please do realize that when you post in chat all other chatters can download the pics you upload. Also in verified room other verified users can download your pictures. Although fellow verified might have more respect for your privacy, you never know if they save your pics or not. There is no option to prevent that. Be aware of that. We have strict policy for what happens in in our chatroom, but we do not have control over what people do with your material outside our chat! Never share your pictures anywhere on the internet if you don't want them to be downloaded by others. Take your own responsibility for this. 321rainbowchat is not liable for downloading of your pics by other chatters.

12b. EXIF image information
At 321R, we make every effort to ensure that all EXIF data is stripped from uploaded images. However, due to variations in future browser functionality, browser updates, or other unforeseen issues, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of EXIF data in every instance. Users are ultimately responsible for ensuring that EXIF information is removed from their images before uploading. We strongly advise users to manually strip EXIF data before sharing pictures on the internet. 321R is not responsible for any information disclosed through EXIF data that may not have been removed for any reason. By uploading images to our platform, you acknowledge and accept this responsibility.

13. Monitoring of Information.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any and all messages and chats that take place through the Site. While private chats are not actively read, our algorithm scans the database, including private messages (PMs), for combinations of flagged terms to detect potentially harmful or illegal content, such as [example abbreviation: UA]. Any positive matches generated by the algorithm are visible only to the Site owner and will be thoroughly reviewed to determine their validity. False positives will be disregarded.

Private chats, including images sent privately, may be reviewed if a user reports illegal activity or messaging occurring in a private chat with them. Additionally, private chats and media may be reviewed if there is suspicion that a user is sharing or reposting stolen images either on the platform or elsewhere, providing false or misleading information, or attempting false verification. If you are engaging in conversations with a user under investigation, your messages in that chat may also be subject to review.

We are not responsible for any offensive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable materials transmitted by any user, including unauthorized users or hackers. Furthermore, we disclaim responsibility for any use or misuse of personal information that you voluntarily transmit through the Service.

14. Forum Policies
All terms and privacy policy also applies to our forum. Except that the pics/text messages uploaded to the forum are not deleted within 48h. You can delete your own posts or send a take down request to [email protected]

15. Double Account Policy
Each user may maintain one account per role, such as one "Bull" account and one "Sissy" account. The creation of additional accounts is strictly prohibited unless expressly approved via a submitted request, which must include a valid justification. Transferring gold or any other virtual assets between accounts owned by the same user is not allowed. Violations of these rules, including the creation of duplicate accounts to bypass bans or restrictions, will be monitored and enforced by our detection system. Such actions may result in account suspension or permanent bans. Multiple accounts within the same role (e.g., two "Sissy" accounts) are expressly forbidden, as accounts must represent a unique individual.
